Asbestos Removal Services Explained
Asbestos Cement Flue Pipes and Asbestos Cement Soffits
Flue pipes can sometimes be found in loft spaces from redundant warm air heaters or boilers that have been previously removed in the past.
We can remove and dispose of all the above items safely, including a localised clean of the area, as well as a disposal certificate.
Artex Ceiling Removal
Artex is a decorative finish used on ceilings and walls between 1950’s and 1980’s
We can arrange to take samples to establish whether your Artex contains asbestos by getting it analysed using a UCAS accredited laboratory.
Asbestos Garage/Roof Removal
Asbestos Garages built during the 1960’s and 1970’s were made of Asbestos cement corrugated roofing sheets. It is also possible that the side walls may be Asbestos Cement flat sheets.
We can remove and dispose of either a complete garage or just the roof safely at a time to suit you.
Asbestos Floor Tile Removal
Floor tiles used during the 1960’s to 1980’s in both domestic and commercial. properties are common places that Asbestos can be found, sometimes multiple layers.
Removal is carried out by trained operatives, careful removal and disposal of all waste, final clean of the work area, and on completion, an Asbestos waste certificate will be issued.

Includes inspection, sampling and an Asbestos survey report which includes the identification, the location and the action required.
